Start of the Admissions Process: Every academic year, the admissions process starts on March 1st of the year before. Parents and guardians have plenty of time to get ready for the admissions process according to this timeline.
Interested parents may purchase the Prospectus from the school's Accounts Department. The Prospectus is available for purchase from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
The following steps must be taken if the candidate wants to move forward with admission

At San Marino Public Hr. Sec. School, we are aware that there may be situations in which a student must leave the school or transfer to another one. The following guidelines for withdrawal and Transfer Certificate issuing have been put in place to guarantee a seamless and well-organized procedure
Written Notification: San Marino Public Hr. Sec. School requires parents or guardians to notify the school administration in writing of their intention to remove their kid from the programme. The deadline for submitting this notification is at least 10 days before the planned withdrawal date.
Clearance of Dues: The parents or legal guardians of the student must pay off all outstanding debts, including tuition, library fines, and other fees and penalties, before a Transfer Certificate can be granted.
Transfer Certificate Issuance: The school will issue the Transfer Certificate following receipt of the written notification and settlement of any outstanding fees. This certificate is a crucial record for the student's future academic endeavours and contains pertinent academic information.
